Cliff Ponte is an esteemed real-estate broker and serves as a Director for the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA). His national acclaim stems from his exceptional proficiency in overseeing the repair of Real-Estate Owned (REO) properties at an exemplary standard. Renowned for his success in the REO real-estate domain within Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Cliff's expertise has garnered requests from multiple hedge funds, local and national banks and asset management organizations to oversee their REO portfolios . He functions as a Master Broker across all 50 states, aiding small and medium-sized family offices and hedge funds in effectively managing and selling their REO properties and providing consulting services.
Beyond his national recognition for his strong work ethic, client rapport, and frequent invitations as a guest speaker at conferences, Cliff holds the distinction of being a founding member of a Keller Williams Franchise situated in Massachusetts. Adding to his diverse portfolio, Cliff has previously served as a City Council President and acting Mayor in his community. Presently, he is the proprietor of two renowned restaurants in Fall River, MA, acquired specifically for his parents to manage.
Furthermore, Cliff serves as the President of the S.H.I.N.E Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to community outreach and support. Through this foundation, he remains deeply committed to giving back to the community.
